How does tenant KYC work?
Tenants get a WhatsApp link, share their ID from DigiLocker or as a photo, take a selfie and sign the agreement. You see the result on their profile, with police-verification details filled in.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes. Each reminder carries a UPI link, and payments are matched to the tenant's dues automatically.
Where do you list a PG to get more enquiries?
Google Business Profile first, then relevant aggregators such as NoBroker, Housing.com, Magicbricks and Justdial, plus Instagram and a simple booking website, chosen around the colleges and tech parks near you.
